We are looking for someone to join our award-winning Conveyancing department as a Conveyancing Fee Earner. Our motto is ‘When service wins’, and this can be seen from the number of 5-star client reviews and feedback, as well as being regular ESTA’s winners. We are looking for a friendly, professional Conveyancer who can handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion with a driving ambition to deliver excellent customer care.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing own caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchases. They must be highly motivated, diligent, have excellent attention to detail, be results driven and committed to providing excellent customer care.
We thrive on the success of our relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and referrers. We are therefore looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to explain the conveyancing process in layman’s terms whilst also being commercial and direct and getting the best results for our clients.

- Hours: Monday – Friday 8.45am-5.30pm
- Salary: £28,000-£34,000 per annum
