The commercial property team at Winston Solicitors recently acted for Leeds based A & K Hosiery who completed the purchase of a substantial warehouse unit on Geldard Road. The 25,000 sq ft premises forms part of an investment drive designed to take A & K Hosiery to the next level. From humble beginnings in 1981 the family business has continued to expand during a very difficult trading period.

Our commercial property team were involved at every stage of the transaction and are delighted that the clients have completed such a significant investment for their business.
