Winston Solicitors recently acted for Professors John Fisher and Eileen Ingham in connection with the reverse takeover of AIM listed Oxeco plc by Tissue Regenix Ltd.

Tissue Regenix is a medical technology company spun out of the University of Leeds and is involved with the development and commercialization of acellular tissue replacement products to address the global shortage of donor tissue availability.

Professors Fisher and Ingham are the key scientists behind the dCELL technology which the company has developed.

We also recently advised Our IT Department Ltd, an IT services company based in London, in connection with its acquisition of the business and assets of the IT and telecommunications business of another London based IT services company.

Leasa and Julie were excellent in helping my partner and I buy our first home. They set out expectations in the first instance, and kept us updated, and it felt as though they really were on our side throughout. Thank you! - February 2025
