New appointment strengthens team

Delighted to announce the appointment of David Barker who joins the team as Head of insolvency. David has a long career in law and has specialised in insolvency since 1998.

He is a knowledgeable and respected insolvency lawyer and litigator with many years’ experience and a high degree of technical expertise. David is recommended in all aspects of insolvency work including administration, liquidation, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation.

David says: “I have always generated a substantial proportion of my own work at my previous firms and plan to continue to do that at Winston Solicitors, whilst supporting the existing talented and respected team.”
