West Midlands Police and the Health and Safety Executive are to carry out a full investigation after a man was involved in a fatal accident at work at a business park in the West Midlands.
Police were called to the park in Halesowen after a man became trapped between a forklift truck and a lorry. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokesman said: “Preliminary police inquiries at the scene have revealed no suspicious circumstances but, as usual in such instances, officers are preparing an initial report for the coroner, who has been informed.”
