Coffee morning banned from serving coffee!

A children’s centre has banned a parents coffee morning from serving hot drinks.

Parents at Mill Hill Children’s centre in Waterlooville, Hants, had been coming there for seven years, drinking tea and coffee as their children played. However now bosses at the centre have banned hot drinks for being a health and safety hazard.

Centre co-ordinator Penny Bovey, said that the ban had been imposed to keep children safe and that cold drinks would still be available to parents.
