Most of our communication was via email and mobile, which we really appreciated for convenience.The only small suggestion we have is to consider offering a paper-free option. Going digital would not only be more environmentally friendly but also more practical for some clients. Of course, we understand that others may still prefer paper documents, so offering both options might be a good solution.All in all, the most important thing is that everything was done on time, to a very high standard, and with excellent customer service. We are extremely grateful for the support and professionalism we received and would highly recommend this team to anyone going through the house-buying process.
