Consultant Solicitor James has a background in Commercial Law and IT.  He has many years’ experience working both in private practice and as Head of Legal for a listed IT company in Sweden.
James provides advice on a range commercial areas:  commercial agreements including partnership and shareholder; commercial contracts such as franchise, supplier and customer terms and advice on IT contracts including managed services, reseller and software licensing agreements.
