Winston Solicitors popped into their friends at Leeds Mencap to hand over a cheque from their fundraising efforts. It's the fifth year that the Leeds solicitors have supported the charity through the Apprentice Challenge, when different businesses are encouraged to compete against each other to raise as much as possible for the charity.

Handing over a cheque for £2,822.82 certainly brought out a smile on everyone's faces, and in return Winston Solicitors were crowned Apprentice winners, for the third time in five years.

Leeds Mencap is a Leeds based charity who support families and individuals with learning disabilities. An independent which was created by and for the people of Leeds.

This year, the fundraising included a sell-out quiz night, raffle, lunchtime mocktails and shopping and a staff 'fuddle'. All fun, delicious events that were very well supported and put the 'fun' into fundraising!
