Dervinder is a trainee solicitor in our Employment department. His role involves contentious advice, such as navigating the litigation elements of employment law in cases that may be heading towards a tribunal, and non-contentious such as researching employment law statutes and regulations to support cases. He particularly enjoys this area of law as it is constantly evolving, intellectually challenging and diverse. His top advice is to prioritise prevention over cure by implementing robust policies and procedures.

Outside of work, Dervinder enjoys staying active at the gym and is a big football fan, both as a player and a spectator. He also loves spending time with family and friends.
