I just dealt with Leasa in the recent purchase of my first home. Can not recommend her. Fast, efficient and has an eye on everything. Managed to get me from offer accepted to moving in less than 11 weeks.

The whole process of sorting out my wife's estate and a lasting power of atorney was made a relatively easy to understand process because the team we dealt with spoke to us in an easy to understand language. They also acted quickly at every stage as well as always keeping us updated if there were any delays.

We’ve recently completed both a sale and a purchase with the help of our conveyancer, Leasa, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I found Sidraa to be very thorough, proactively raising questions about the conveyance even before I had asked her myself. All communication was clear and regular updates provided, which was very helpful.It was a stressful process (what house move isn’t!)due to an issue dragging on, no fault on the Solicitors’ part but meant exchange and completion in quick succession! Initially the person that was allocated to me was not very good and I didn’t get any compensation but when I changed the person and pushed for review to look at again I was able to get the compensation awarded. It did take time nearly 2 years.

Samantha was always very helpful, I frequently had questions as a first time buyer so would regularly call just to ask what things meant on the various forms and documents I had to sign. I would either get through to Samantha herself or to Paulo so there was always someone available. I would only say that as a first time buyer I was very naive to the process, and only found out I had missed an important step in the mortgage application through a reminder from Winstons asking if I had done it yet. Otherwise a very positive experience overall.

I cannot praise Winston Solicitors highly enough,I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling their property. They were very professional and very supportive at all times.
